Shipping policy

Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24–48 hours. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please ensure your email address is correct to receive timely updates.


Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

A ₹150 fee applies to all return and exchange requests.


How It Works

  • Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • Our logistics partner will attempt pickup within 24–48 hours (up to 2 attempts).

  • If pickup is unsuccessful, you’ll need to ship the item back to our warehouse.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your pin code.


Quality Check

Returned items undergo a quality inspection. Requests may be declined if:

  • The product shows signs of wear, missing tags, or damage.

  • The item is not in its original condition.

Once approved, your exchange or credit note will be processed.


Exchange Timelines

  • Exchange deliveries typically take 7–10 working days.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative product or a credit note for your next purchase.


Refunds & Credit Notes

  • Refunds are issued as credit notes once items pass inspection.

  • Credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


Cancellations

  • All orders are final once placed. We cannot cancel or refund confirmed orders.

  • If a COD package is declined, any prepaid amount will not be refunded.


Sale Policy

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds on sale items.

  • Shipping for sale purchases may take up to 15 days.

  • Please double-check product details, size, and color before placing a sale order.


Defective or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of delivery at contact@ungrave.in with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

If verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
